Preserve Evidence
Hopefully you will never be involved in a car accident or other personal injury matter; however, statistically speaking, most people are involved in an accident injury over the course of their lifetime. When you are involved in an accident, it is vitally important to preserve evidence immediately in order to protect your interests. A simple way to preserve evidence is by taking photographs! Have pictures taken of the scene of the accident, of the vehicles involved, of the product involved, of the people involved, and of your injuries. Taking photographs cannot be understated. Save the photographs in digital format and with reprints. Taking photographs helps avoid many common problems which arise in personal injury cases after vehicles are restored, products are destroyed or fixed, injuries have healed, and scene conditions change.
