Randall Harr joined the firm as a partner in 2023. His practice encompasses a wide range of civil matters including insurance defense, public entity defense, personal injury, real property, transactional and business law, as well as probate litigation and estate planning.
Mr. Harr is a Northern California native. He is a graduate of Shasta College and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from U.C. Davis. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.
As a member of the California State Bar, Mr. Harr is admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Maire & Deedon, Mr. Harr was a partner with a large firm based in Bakersfield, California. During his 19-year tenure with that firm, he slowly moved back up the valley toward home, establishing two new offices for the firm as he went. Mr. Harr then formed his own firm with several local attorneys. In 2009, he established a sole proprietorship in the Intermountain area, while continuing to serve his clients throughout California.
When not practicing law, Mr. Harr is actively involved in numerous community groups including the Anderson Rotary, and serves as a board member for the Intermountain Fair Heritage Foundation and the Fort Crook Museum.
He enjoys gardening, camping, and hunting (which usually ends up being a nice walk in the woods)!
