Mr. Moore received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English University of California, Los Angeles in 2003. Mr. Moore was a member of the English Honors Society and Pre-Law Society at UCLA. Mr. Moore received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2006 and was named a G. Joseph Tauro scholar. While at law school, Mr. Moore practiced one year of immigration law through the civil litigation clinic, and was employed as an intern for the Chief Counsel of the Department of the Treasury in Boston, MA. Mr. Moore also took international law courses in London through the Notre Dame School of Law. Mr. Moore is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. He was President of the Shasta-Trinity Counties Bar Association in 2010 and remains on the Board. Published Cases
