Jason R. Lehfeldt is an associate of the firm with a practice emphasis on real property litigation.

Mr. Lehfeldt received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Portland in 1997 where he was on the Dean’s List and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge in 1999 where he was an American Jurisprudence Award recipient. Prior to joining Maire & Beasley, Mr. Lehfeldt worked as a staff attorney for the City of Sacramento’s Fair Housing Commission where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of Landlord/Tenant and Fair Housing laws.

Mr. Lehfeldt is a member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District.
