Mr. Haslerud is a partner of the firm which practice emphasis is on
iinsurance defense and civil trial practice. Mr. Haslerud's practice
focuses on personal injury, iinsurance defense, civil litigation
including premises and product liability cases. He also handles a
variety of other matters including ADA claims, lemon law cases, and real
estate disclosure matters. Mr. Haslerud was a featured speaker at the
Redding Chamber of Commerce Business Exposition in 2005, speaking on the
Americans with Disabilities Act and steps business owners can take to
safeguard themselves from ADA claims.
Mr. Haslerud graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
from Pacific Lutheran University in 1991. While at Pacific Lutheran
University, Mr. Haslerud was a competitive swimmer and received All
American honors from 1989 through 1991. He received his Juris Doctor in
1995 from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He
was part of the Texas State National and Mock Trial Teams in 1994, State
Mock Trial in 1995 and received the American Jurisprudence Award. He
was admitted to the Texas Bar in May of 1995 and the California Bar in
December of 1995.
Mr. Haslerud is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of
California and the Shasta-Trinity Counties Bar Association. He was
Vice-President of the Shasta-Trinity Bar Association in 1999 and
President of the Shasta-Trinity Bar Association in 2000. Mr. Haslerud
is presently a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern
California.
