Michael Fitzpatrick is associated counsel with the law firm of Maire & Burgess. Mr. Fitzpatrick has an extensive background in both public and private law including several years of practice in the federal system as a military attorney. His practice emphasis is real estate, probate, personal injury, family law, conservatorships, guardianships, living trusts, wills, and estate planning.

Mr. Fitzpatrick received his Bachelor's Degree in 1966 at Claremont McKenna College and his law degree at the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1969. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1970. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is a member of the Redding Chamber of Commerce as well as the Anderson Chamber of Commerce. He is a Retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, JAG Corps, the coordinator of Southeast Asian ministries, First Church of the Nazarene, Redding, California, a former member of the Board of Trustees of Point Loma University, San Diego, California and a past Chairman and Member of the Board of Trustees of Simpson University Foundation, Redding, California.
