Ms. Papendick is an associate with the firm with a practice emphasis in civil litigation in personal injury matters. Ms. Papendick received her Bachelor of Social Work with Honors from California State University, Chico in 2010. Ms. Papendick attended law school at Cal Northern School of Law wherein she received her Juris Doctor in 2015. While in law school she competed in negotiation competitions at University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Papendick began her legal career in criminal defense, juvenile dependency and personal injury. She has been with Maire & Deedon since 2015. Ms. Papendick is a volunteer for abused and neglected children through the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program in Tehama County where she serves as her assigned foster child’s voice in court. When Ms. Papendick is not working she is actively engaged in Tehama County as a member of the Red Bluff Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and the Active 20-30 Club.
